This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1151 platform. By registering for or using any service on this platform, you agree to comply with all rules stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1151 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1151 platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and those accessing via mobile app, web browser, or any other means. 1151 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the 1151 platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users who do not agree with the updated terms should stop using the platform and close their account.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of the 1151 platform, users are required to register a valid account. During registration, users must provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding more than one account under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and their balances forfeited. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on the 1151 platform.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under a user's account is considered the responsibility of that user. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the 1151 platform agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are not permitted to use this platform for any fraudulent activity, system manipulation, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
Attempting to breach the platform's systems, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, using automated software (bots) to place bets or conduct transactions, or interfering with the security and integrity of the platform in any way is strictly prohibited. Any such attempt will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.
Users also agree not to share any content that is seditious, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any party through this platform. All communications made via the live chat feature or customer support channels must adhere to the code of conduct established by the 1151 platform.
1151 reserves the right to restrict or limit a user's access to any part of the platform if there is reasonable ground to believe that the user is in breach of these terms or is engaged in activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the platform.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1151 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and direct bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account immediately or within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method used. 1151 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a specified limit. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the bank and method selected.
1151 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or for compliance verification purposes. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms will be subject to investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
1151 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or the provision of false information during registration. Users whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal by emailing the support team within 14 business days.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before the closure is processed, users are required to withdraw all valid balances from their account.
Platform Liability Limits
1151 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The maximum liability of 1151 towards any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
1151 does not guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical disruptions may occur, and the platform is not liable for any losses resulting from such service unavailability.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1151 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 1151 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 1151 platform may include links to third-party payment or game providers. 1151 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. 1151 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
